- Created an independent, socially-conscious shoe brand with only 2 employees and 3 contracted shoemakers 
- Produced 14 collections and 350 different shoe models, selling roughly 1200 pairs of shoes on average annually
- Designed each shoe from conception to manufacturing, sourcing all materials and ensuring the utmost quality 
- Built the entire website from scratch, overseeing all photo shoots/visual elements for strict adherence to standards 
- Spearheaded all marketing efforts, including campaigns, promotions, ad copy, packaging and more

Started with a e-commerce platform as a new business plan on 2016.

Negotiated the sale of 600 pairs of shoes through the most important e-commerce fashion channerl of LATAM.

As one of the iconic independent shoe brands in Chile, we join the group "Monjitas a la Moda" for the opening of the largest shopping mall on Latin America on 2012.
